ADP discussed at the 30th meeting of the Andean Statistics Committee (April 5, 2011, Cuba)

The 30th meeting of the Andean Statistics Committee was held on April 5, 2011, at the “Palacio de las Convenciones” in Havana, Cuba. Directors from the National Statistical Offices of Bolivia, Peru, Colombia and Ecuador attended the meeting, with development partners.

One of the five key issues of discussion in the agenda was the implementation of the Accelerated Data Program (ADP) in Andean Countries. ADP is currently implemented by Bolivia, Peru, Colombia and Ecuador. In this context, participants shared details on ADP implementation, with lively discussions on progress and achievements. NSO´s directors expressed their commitment and interest in pursuing their effort for better survey microdata management, which facilitates data access and fosters transparency.
