Designing survey programs
Many statistical agencies involved in the Accelerated Data Program (ADP) have requested guidance on how to improve their planning of survey programs. The objective of the Designing survey programs project is to provide generic guidance, based on two case studies: The Philippines National Statistical Coordination Board (NSCB) and the Ethiopian Central Statistical Agency (CSA) have documented the way they coordinate key stakeholders, make decisions, find compromise, and manage user feedback to overcome the organizational, financial, and methodological challenges involved in the design and implementation of a national survey program. This information helps generate generic advice.
